These terms apply to every purchase made on the NX Scripts store. By buying or downloading any of our products you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't purchase.

1. Who sells the products

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the reseller and merchant of record for all purchases (see our Impressum). Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to your payment. NX Scripts creates and supports the products.

2. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally to the Cfx.re account you log in with at checkout and appear under "Granted Assets" in Cfx.re Keymaster. Make sure you log in with the correct account, because assets can't be moved to another account once granted.

3. Licence

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product on FiveM servers you own or manage. You may not:

  • resell, share, leak or redistribute the product or any part of it;
  • attempt to bypass, remove or reverse-engineer escrow protection;
  • claim the product, or a modified version of it, as your own work.

Breaking these rules may lead to your licence being revoked without a refund.

4. Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. See our full Refund Policy. If a product doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll do our best to fix it. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting us may result in your licences being revoked and a ban from future purchases.

5. Updates & support

We provide updates and support through our Discord. We aim to keep products compatible with current FiveM and framework versions, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource or heavily modified framework.

6. Liability

Products are provided "as is". Always test on a development server before deploying to a live one. NX Scripts is not responsible for data loss, downtime or other damage resulting from the use of its products, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Third parties

NX Scripts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Your use of FiveM is also subject to the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to purchases made after the date above.
